The Highland Park Improvement Club is completely driven by members, most of whom live in the neighborhood. Come be a part of this unique neighborhood community!
Our members:
Design and implement programs and events
Maintain and improve the building and grounds
Organize mutual aid and community service
Per our bylaws, anyone is welcome to join HPIC as a member. Members are eligible to vote on significant issues or decisions related to HPIC and its community, according to the following terms:
Voting members must be at least 18 years of age
Households are limited to 2 voting members
Voting members must reside within the boundaries outlined in our bylaws.
