NIA: Dance Fitness for Every Body-15 years and older

Tricia.jpgNIA combines martial arts, modern dance arts and yoga in a workout set to music. Nia is the art of moving the body's way; a barefoot cardio-dance workout that builds flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability in your mind, body, and soul. Nia is fun, low-impact and is adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Wear clothes that you can move in. Inclusive and non-judgmental, there are no prerequisites needed to embody the joy Nia brings. Smile, play, move to great music, connect to your soul, feel beautiful while exercising, and leave class energized! Yes, it's just that fantastic!

Cost: $10.00 per class ($90 for 9 classes) Drop-in's welcome.
